"I have a dream that my four little children will one day live in a nation where they will not be judged by the color of their skin but by the content of their character. I have a dream today!" Martin Luther King Jnr
The UKIP Manchester branch was set up by the branch chairman in 2013 with members of the former UKIP Trafford branch. The branch is a popular branch, and meets the needs of many people right across the North West, though it has its roots and primary membership from Manchester the city.
The branch Chairman is very active in the party,
Manchester's branch is central to the North West, which continues to be a target of UKIP for more members and future MPs and Councillors.
The branch was out on the streets every weekend in regards to the Referendum that took place on 23 June 2016 resulting in a 52% majority vote to leave the EU. Phil led the branch as they meet the people of Manchester and provided the Manchester constituents with some of the answers to their questions about why Manchester should vote to leave the EU. UKIP Manchester worked with people from across the political spectrum, and was very proud of doing so.
